MERCHANDISER
You will represent the producers cooperating with us at the point of sale of their products. Your task will be e.g. regular visits to the shopping halls, putting the goods on the shelves, taking care of relations with the store staff and representatives of the producers, and reporting on the tasks performed.
The Regional Coordinator may ask you e.g. previous professional experience, experience in relations with representatives of the manufacturer, availability and the ability to cope with time pressure. It will require accuracy, a lot of commitment and having a smartphone on which you can install our reporting application.

REGIONAL COORDINATOR
What responsibilities await you?
You will coordinate the implementation of the service in the shopping halls and monitor the implementation of tasks by merchandisers. Your duties will include recruitment and training of employees, verification of the correctness of the service performed, settlement of employees' salaries and ongoing cooperation with Hall Managers, Sales Representatives of customers for whom we provide the service and MS Project Managers.

You will be asked, among other things o previous professional experience, in particular related to coordinating the work of a dispersed team and customer service, greatest success or failure, professional aspirations. SALES REPRESENTATIVE
What responsibilities await you?
You will cover many kilometers visiting customers/stores permanently located in your database, but also acquire new customers, convince them to buy goods or services, present promotional offers, monitor deliveries.
Who decides about your employment?
Regional Sales Manager.
You will be asked, among other things about previous professional experience, greatest commercial success or failure. It will check the knowledge about customers or distributors in a given area. It will focus on negotiation and interpersonal skills . He will talk about the required work and manufacturer standards.

PROJECT MANAGER
What responsibilities await you?
You will manage the project(s) and coordinate the implementation of the service (merchandising, sales force outsourcing) and develop cooperation with dedicated clients - mainly producers from the food industry (sweets, drinks, etc.). Your tasks will include monitoring the implementation of tasks in the field using the CRM system, project budget management - settlement of employees performing the service, cost optimization and ongoing cooperation with the client.
